QDOBA Mexican Eats

I absolutely recommend this place, the workers are all so incredibly kind! The only issue I’ve ever had here was some simple forgotten lettuce on a mobile order but I just walked in and asked for a little cup of some. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I probably come here 2-3x a month. Vibes are good and the food is always delicious and hot! :)

QDOBA absolutely impressed me! The food was incredibly fresh, well-seasoned, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kept the line moving quickly without making anyone feel rushed. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting, with a great atmosphere for a casual lunch or dinner. You can really taste the difference in quality here. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others. Five stars all around

WORST location I’ve ever been to. Every time I try to give this trash hole another chance, people are rude and the food is VERY poorly made. Tonight 8/17/25 I ordered a cheese “crusted” quesadilla. All the girl did was melt cheese on the outside. TRASH! This place needs to be shut down.

We had ordered a large amount of food and when I picked it up and had brought it to our friends house 20 minutes away we realized we didn’t get our queso which we had paid $35. We just used queso from Sam’s Club that we already had. I called the store and I asked for a refund even just a gift card would do. They offered to bring it to us however I had explained to them that we had already eaten so I would just like my money back in gift card form or back on my card. The girl working said she would have her manager call tomorrow. When I talked to her she kept avoiding the issue so I called her back 3 times 3 different days the best she could do was a free entree. I finally got her to give me my money back on my card almost a week later and an email to corporate.

I thought this place was okay. I think it can be more organized and cleaned. Also the hand dryer was extremely slow. Staff were nice though.
