QDOBA Mexican Eats

DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION. They consistently serve half orders over doordash. I always get a bowl, double meat. When you dine in house the bowl is almost overflowing. Getting over door dash you get half a bowl with no double meat. I personally believe this is due to poor management, poor customer care, and a disregard for portioning. This location SUCKS when it comes to delivery! The attached photo is supposed to be a double protein bowl. Horrible service.

The food was good, however this time I feel like I was not served the full portion. $15 for a bowl that is half full seems a little wild to me.

I ordered three soft corn tortillas. The soft corn tortillas was like eating cardboard. What was put into the tortillas was tasty, but the tortillas were terrible. The lady collecting my payment at the end was so preoccupied with gossiping about someone, that she took longer than was necessary. The tables weren’t cleared and the fountain drink area with condiments area was in need of attention. Very disappointing experience. For what I paid, I expected better.

The food was so yummy and they served me late at night!! Very kind and I liked the jazzy music. Would 10/10 come back.

Going down hill real fast. Over priced for what little you get. Inconsistent food prep, depends on who makes your food. I'm a long time patron, but they don't care about loyalty. One guys piles it on and the other barely gives you anything. Literally was counting the beans and dumped most off the spoon. Need some competition to force better service and quality. I stay with El Gordito, they value me and the food is far superior. It might have been my last visit. Are you listening Qdoba or don't you care?
