QDOBA Mexican Eats

I love Qdoba and frequent this location often. I always do online orders and know to come a little after the set pick up time because my food is never ready when it says it should be. Tonight I sat inside for 30 minutes waiting for my food I had ordered 15 minutes prior. I’m not one to write reviews but this made me upset and annoyed. Online orders at this location are ALWAYS 15+ minutes later than the estimated pick up time.

We love Qdoba! We always get fast service here and it is a clean and well-kept facility. The bowls are always filled up to the brim, so I know I am getting my moneys worth. The chips and queso are the absolute BEST!

We go to this QDOBA frequently. The staff is always friendly and ensures you are getting what you want. We tried the soup for the first time today. We enjoyed it and will get it again. It is not a typical soup. It is more like a moist bowl. My wife and I shared it and had leftovers.

I usually don't leave negative reviews but I left pretty upset. Staff was nice enough but felt like they were scraping the barrel tonight. Rice was dry and the food was not very good. They wouldn't sell me the chips I could see behind the counter because they were if someone was ordering online. We still ordered a side of queso and was charged for it and then realized when we got home that they never gave it to us.

Here on 1/8/26. The customer service is terrible. Everyone behind the counter has attitudes and look as though they do not want to be there. Young lady working with black glasses and ponytail just throwing customers food in containers messy and putting the guacamole in containers by just flinging everywhere. Thank God didn't get into what I was getting ony dish due to l am allergic. No vegetables prepared at 7pm and no urgency to even address or try to make. Stating they haven't had any for awhile. No eye contact with customers and when question asked of staff respond is sarcastically, "What". Looks like everyone working is having a bad day. CHIPOTLE IT IS.
