QDOBA Mexican Eats

This is like a spoon full of rice greedy as can be, I’ll never come here again and I was told I’d be charged extra for another scoop this is literally the smallest portion I’ve ever seen! Chipotle remains the best after this.

I have eaten at all the Qdoba restaurants in Edmond. This is by far my favorite. The servers have cheerful hospitable attitudes. You can tell they enjoy their work and like making customers happy. The food was great. Awesome, the other location on Cove near I 35 is much more convenient. However, there is no comparison to the two locations. This West Covel location is clean inviting and cheerful. The workers smile and are kind. The other location on I 35 has paper signs with all kinds of exceptions and a manager that is not customer oriented. This is my go to location, even if I need to drive a little further .

****Never going back to this place ever again. Let me mention I’m Hispanic. Well I was treated like trash!!! I was greeted in Spanish like if they assumed I spoke Spanish. Being very rude and rushing me. I had to order for 3 people from work and they couldn’t be a bit understanding. They didn’t have a line of people I was the only one at the counter!!! Well during the ordering the lady that was taking the order left (maybe the manager/ she had black shirt) and seemed frustrated and let another employee do the rest. Well he (had glasses and red shirt) then also rushed me, not even letting me get the sides or toppings correctly . He ignored me and hands my food to yet another employee she also was very rushed and even waved her hand and asked what else I was wanting like letting me know to h

The staff was friendly, quick and efficient in preparing the food and keeping the restaurant clean. The tortilla soup was excellent and consistent with other Qdobas, however the burrito had less meat and less flavor than other locations we've eaten at. Though the staff was friendly, they were also abrupt and spoke too quietly for customers to hear over the counter, so if this was our first time here, we would've felt rushed and unsure what they were asking us or suggesting. Since we've eaten here plenty of times, it wasn't a problem for us, but watching other customers struggling to order, we'd suggest the staff slow down and speak up when suggesting options.

I fail to understand why numerous times I’ve been in there. I’ve watched people get mini bowls and get the same amount of protein as I get when I get a regular size bowl. None of that seems right. I am paying double and getting the same amount of protein
