Customer Reviews
I gotten a lot of food here and burritos have NEVER been this small. Looks like a kids meal, it's barely bigger than my finger. $12 each for a few bites. Ordering pickup seems to always have its issues.
Caveat- that I ordered a burrito from DoorDash. I know that was probably my first mistake. But it came incredibly small and the chicken was rubbery.
I think this is my first time ever reviewing a restaurant. I think this might have been some of, if not the worst, service I've ever had. I should be clear from the beginning that nobody was rude to me, so at least this location has that going for it. However, there was absolutely zero urgency in completing my, or anyone else's, food order. I seriously wondered if there was something wrong with the first guy because of how slow and confused he seemed to be. My food was cold because they didn't start over after having to wait close to 10 minutes for more steak to finish (to be clear, I didn't mind having to wait for fresh steak, but the tortilla, rice, and beans just sat on the counter the whole time). The steak was not cooked properly. I know some people like their steak rare, but t
Ordered food for our office. Order was for 10 people. there was maybe enough food for 5 people. Ordered two meats. Only received one and was then told there was nothing they could do about it. Had to ask if we could get the meat we paid for. The total bill was 208$ for 5 bowls of qdoba. If you are going to order do not cater. just buy individual bowls. Food is good, which is the disappointment. queso, guacamole, meat, were all very flavorful.
This location is truly awful. No sense of urgency, poor customer service, and bad hygiene. Every other Qdoba I've been to has been on point and why has this standard dropped? To go off Spencer's review: I also experienced a few wks back just lack emotion and this dude that was on salsas/fixings had his huge belly on the table. Gross. No communication and there's like 6 workers and barely busy to where a person takes several minutes just to order. The general manager must be oblivious. I do like their menu but I think I'm turned off. Also, protein portions are super weak for $13.
