QDOBA Mexican Eats

I believe the manager was the one that prepared our meals (on 3/5/26) and was super friendly, communicative and respectful. Also got a sneak peek into the leadership and managerial style and for a restaurant, it seemed high quality and professional. From food temps and food safety, to cleanliness… made me felt good about eating there. Probably one of the better run QDOBA I’ve ordered from.

This location has gone downhill significantly in the past few months. I used to frequent this location often, but have walked out several times after waiting in line and the delay being insane. They prioritize DoorDash orders over folks in restaurant. When I finally ordered today, there was till an avocado peel in the guac. Just really sloppy here now, go to Noodles next door instead.

I love love love this location times a bajillion. People are friendly and the food feels extra fresh. In a great location right off 36. Went for lunch (12/9) and was served by Clay and Paris. Clay provided awesome service, but Paris took the cake. Listen, when I say she is not stingy with the meats…MAN! Def got more than what I paid for on this visit. Hate when I go to a burrito line spot and they serve you rationed portions like they own the place. You don’t work for corporate, gimme the damn meats! Paris did just that: gave me the meat (pause). To top it off, customer service was top-notch. Great location, especially if you are a Qdoba fan. P.S.—Corporate if you are reading this, please add breakfast to this location. Hate having to drive in to Boulder.

They gave me the wrong order and refuse to refund me or remake my entree. The best they could offer me was 5 dollars off my next order. All I want is the FOOD I PAID FOR, but that is too much to ask for apparently. Just go to chipotle down the street they at least give refunds when they mess up.

Went to this Qdoba on Halloween for the buy one get one special. I ordered one of the best burritos I've ever had someone else make for me. The staff was also super friendly. Blake, who works there, came and asked me how I was doing that day as he cleaned up the entire lobby by himself. Definitely coming back for more!
