QDOBA Mexican Eats

I came in here on my way home from work because i didn't feel like cooking. I got here at 9:53pm. Yes I know it was close to closing so they had put up most of the food already. They guy that waited in ne was very rude because he was mad I came in 7 minutes before they closed. I'm also mad that I was charged full price when they had no rice to put in my bowl. I stop in here about 4 times a week but never again after this.

The team working the line tonight was great. Efficient and accurate orders. Soda machines work but were overflowing water onto the floor.

Had a chicken bowl with fajita veggies. The chicken was overdone and dry, veggies were barely cooked. And then I'm asked to add a 20% tip. The bathroom was nasty, might want to consider using a pressure washer to clean. A health inspector might want to take a walk through.

Good restaurant, but constantly has burnt chicken. It’s hard to enjoy a bowl that tastes like a fireplace. This has been an issue that i’ve experienced here many times.

First off, had to wait for veggies for a few minutes while my food sat on the counter and got cold, and the rice was oddly crisp. The door was constantly slamming, making it nearly impossible to actually enjoy my meal (which was difficult to enjoy in the first place). Maybe it’s just an off night, but I don’t think I would come back. I felt rushed through the line and the food was bland to say the least.
