I have been working with Pyle and Associates for several of years and they are one of the best. They are very professional and treat you as if you're their only client. I’m in another state, but need CPA services in Ames. I didn’t want to Google some random CPA, so I talked to someone who recommended this company to me. First, I attempted to contact them by email via their website. After about a week of not hearing from them, I emailed again. When I still hadn't heard from them in a couple more days, I called. I told them the type of CPA service I was looking for. They checked into it, got back to me, and told me they were unable to fit me into their schedule. I had no problem with that. What I DID have a problem with (in addition to the lack of response to my email inquiries) was that when I asked the person I was talking to to recommend another CPA, I was told to Google it.
