PX Food Truck Pavilion

I was only here on Camp Shelby for a few days and did most of my dining off base, however, I did try the food truck closest to the parking lot (the yellow burger truck) as we were limited on time. Although they were very friendly and had a lot of variety I was pretty disappointed in the food I received. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and it had the look and texture of chunky canned dog food. I attempted to eat it all as it wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. Perhaps a burger would have been more satisfying. I'm leaving the review as a 4 star because it appears this review covers all the food trucks and I did not get the opportunity to try them.

Two of the four trucks were closed both times I ate lunch there

The yellow truck on the southern most end. Quality of the hamburger patties has dropped to the bottom. They used to make their own patties, now it appears they use the preformed patty. It was horrible. Cheese was of low quality also as it just melted to grease. However, fries were good, especially if you like Tony's Seasoning.

Twilliephillys tenders were gross. Chewy and dry. The ranch dressing was also gross

Great variety and selection of food choices. How it can get warm under the pavilion during the summer months.
