The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and it’s definitely better to make a reservation ahead of time since it fills up quickly. The Purr Cup Cafe is one of the most meaningful spots I’ve discovered, and honestly, one of the most special places in Raleigh. This fully vegan cat café is part coffee shop, part rescue, and part community space, and it does all three beautifully. The mission is simple and powerful: drink coffee, save cats. Every visit directly supports local rescue kitties while they wait to find their forever homes, and you can truly feel that purpose the moment you walk in. I took my boys to visit the cats at the cafe. We had a great time interacting with the cats, they are living great lives until they find their forever homes! We had a lot of fun and it was a comfy and inviting environment. The iced cold brew was really good too!

Love it so much here! Had an amazing time and staff are so so friendly!! Really love that it’s woman-owned and lgbtq+ owned. Makes the environment feel very safe and welcoming. Enjoyed the cute little things to buy out front, as well. I could stay here all day long! Definitely coming back often!! Wish I could adopt Calamari, but I have too many cats already. I see most reviews are complaining about reservations, but that’s literally on the cat cafes website and social medias, so it’s your own fault if you show up as a walk in and they are too busy/unable to let you see the cats, that’s why they recommended numerous times to reserve!!! You have no problem seeing the cats if you reserve!!! Come on people use your common sense!! You can’t complain a place that tells you reservations are usual

Went today to see the kitties with 3 11-year-old girls. We had a blast seeing all the personalities. Some kitties slept, some wanted to play, and some enjoyed their time in the sun by the window. Staff were so kind and helpful with questions about the cats. Love it and will be back! Also their drinks were tasty! We loved that they had oak milk.
