Purple Sage Restaurant

Four of us tried Putple Sage for the first time and it was great! We will definitely be back next time we're in town. Burgers were amazing! Salmon was yummy as well😊

Small menu but great flavor. I had salmon a few evenings after our visit to Purple Sage at a high-end steakhouse and Purple Sage was better at 1/2 the price. It was a tasty accident that we received an order of French fries; I would put them up at one of the best places to get French fries in Mesquite.

My mom and I had a late lunch yesterday at the Purple Sage, and we had a fantastic experience! We both had their Sweet Soy Salmon, served with yellow rice, veggies and lemon for flavor. The salmon was nicely seared with a lovely flaky texture. The rice, albeit a little too salty for my preference, complements the salmon and the portion is appropriate (we used the lemon wedge to counter the saltiness and it tasted even better!). Vegetables were also yum and provided good balance to the meal. This was an absolutely delicious, well-rounded dish and we will definitely return again to try their other dishes. I was surprised to see a lack of general food options in Mesquite and thankfully a hotel restaurant pulled through with fast service and a good burger

We had a fantastic dining experience at Purple Sage Restaurant, located inside the Holiday Inn Resort. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a surprisingly upscale and inviting atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, and I was blown away by their spicy chicken bacon ranch sandwich—perfectly prepared and packed with flavor. The presentation was excellent. Whether you’re a resort guest or a local, Purple Sage offers an exceptional experience that far exceeds expectations for a hotel restaurant. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!
