Puris’ Cuban Kitchen (Food Truck)

As a Cuban, this place misses the mark entirely. For those of you looking for a slice of home/comfort -this ain't it. The pan con bistec is a mockery of what it's supposed to be. They don't have Cuban Bread... it's just a burger bun. Might as well call it what it is -false advertisement. The croquetas are bland and overly fried. Maybe I should've tried the ropa vieja, but this is the last time they get my business. If I could get a refund, I would.

Puris Cubanos Kitchen has some of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever tried! The crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are fresh, and every bite is full of flavor. You can really tell they put love and quality into their food. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Was looking forward to try this place, what a disappointment! One of the worst Cuban food I’ve ever had! I understand the food is pretty basic and simple but have they heard about seasoning? Salt? This the most bland food I’ve ever had, the rice and beans flavorless, the pork was so dry and had no flavor, the portions are average but I couldn’t even finish half due to how bad it was. They have some potential but in order to make it in the food/restaurant business you have to have good food! This ain’t it! Good luck

The food is absolutely delectable and delightful! I think the cheese Cuban pizza is delicious and the best in the whole city, I would also like to add that the mango fruit smoothie is amazing! The creaminess of the smoothie brings it all together, in my opinion this is a really amazing food truck they were respectful , positive , friendly , and overall amazing people, in my honest opinion there very humble and kind people, the atmosphere and service is amazing and I think you should go try it because that food is amazing and same with the service.

The food was absolutely amazing the cuban pizza and mango smoothie was delicious! I love the atmosphere and professionalism of the food truck. I think that the pizza is very tasty the smoothie was very creamy and delicious. I would also like to add that the service was awesome and the atmosphere was great 👍
