Purdee's (Italian Ice)

Locally owned & operated by veteran Jon and his wife Toni. They welcomed us in and shared how to order. We ordered the quart size and they loaded her up with so many flavors. They have italian ice, ice cream & coffee... niiiiiice coffee. They have a sign up with customer favorites if you are like me and need inspiration. This is a local hidden gem and celebrating it's very 1st birthday in March. It is famous for the red bull float! Will def return to give it a try as I am a huuuuge fan of Redbull and their worldwide events. Jon & Toni have a very clean space with indoor & outdoor seating, a fun claw machine and the iconic PacMan. Loved this military themed Italian ice shop. Friendly folks patient with the kiddos. Very nice they have children's sizes and prices. Fresh and delicious cold treats and so many choices.

The service was great and the ice cream was delicious! It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but overall it was a very good experience. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and craving a sweet treat.

Very yummy but the staff was confused and all on different pages. My husband got a float and they asked what Italian ice he wanted when floats are supposed to be made with soft serve or ice cream. Along with that after putting the Italian ice into the cup and about to hand it to us they asked if he wanted syrup instead of Italian ice with his float. Definitely won’t be coming back felt very rushed with ordering and staff was not friendly.

First experience with dole whip ~ very tasty variation on a sherbet. Friendly service, artistically served deserts. Thank you for the military discount 💛
