Pupusas y mas con Mari

The food is good I didn’t think amazing and I love eating masa and chicharrón. The portion size is good as well. The salad on the side is really good. It’s the customer service that I believe needs to improve. I went one day at 1:25 PM and I get turned away because they are done for the day. I mentioned that I thought there hours were till 2 PM. I get told that they aren’t taking order because they want to close by 2 PM. At that point you might as well say the place closes at 1 PM if you want the time to clean or to finish orders or whatever the reason is to close. I decided a couple days later to order by phone this time and at 10 AM. A man answer the phone and is incredibly rude. I ask if I can place an order for pickup. The man just says it’s hours of a wait. So I’m like okay… so can I

The service here was excellent, the food is delicious and at great prices. Popusas are huge and with 2 a person is more than enough.

Great taste- and also want to say Thank you for protecting our Hispanic community- loved the front door sign- no warrant no entry- loved the door lock system letting clients in only-

Super delicious food we tried the calabasa, frijol, chicharon, asada, and chicken. The little curtido of cabbage with onions and carrots with vinegar was to die for and their salsas really good will be definitely going back again. Very big portions 3 per plate.

A gentleman answered the phone and I don’t know if he was having a bad day but his customer service was not good. I understand it get busy there but you should still treat the customer like you want their business . Food was good
