Pulcinella Pizzeria & Wine Bar

I went solely because Google maps indicated this was a wine bar. It's more a casual pizza place with a bar stuck on to it on the side. I went shortly after they opened and was surprised I couldn't order at the bar. I had to order at the counter then go sit at the bar. They said the bartender doesn't get there till after 5. Good to know. The wine selection is limited, but I appreciate how none of it was mainstream grocery wine. It seemed like it was all Italian wine. The pizza by the slice is ok. I ordered sausage and was surprised that it turned out to be thick sliced sausage instead of sausage crumbles.

Always great pizza! One of the best in town. To go deserts. By the slice pizza, build your own, or pre designed. Dine in or take out. Wine, beer, or sodas.

A legit Italian pizza place by folks from Naples. It looks, smells and tastes exactly like it did there. This has got to be one of the best pizza places in town, and yet it's just a cool neighborhood hangout 🍷

It's a bit echoey but the food is incredible and the vibe is immaculate. Best pizza in Fort Collins, and I used to be a BeauJo's girl! Definitely a spot for dates, group dinner with friends or a spot for Meet the Parents ™️ would totally go again!

Pulcinella's makes the best pizza in fort collins, no competition. Unlike most places in town they don't use frozen dough and that's a really important distinction. Plus, the dough happened to be tossed larger than usual so my small was upgraded to a medium without any extra cost. They put the first smile on my face after I had a really crummy day. Do your tummy a favor by eating real italian pizza here and not the cardboard you'd get somewhere else.
