This is the best Mexican food I have EVER tasted. Great service. Guacamole made table side. Salsa with actual flavor. We loved the red one. The meat was so moist I couldn't believe it. Surprisingly, the coconut flan was really good; we got all 3. Will definitely be back.

My son and I came here. He had the lomo asada mixio, I had the carne asada... Honestly, I wouldn't say any dish was better than the other... I travel. I eat out all the time. This is seriously one of the best places I'm eating.... If you're thinking of trying it, don't think just do.

STAY AWAY! Horrible service and food. Ordered veggie fajitas for one, and it was SO bad that we couldn’t even take one bite. We didn’t want to create a scene so decided to just pay for the untouched food and leave, but the server took 20 mins to get the bill and then charged us double. The grace looked brown!! Nobody enquired why the food was not good or if we should be comped off. In any case we were only looking for decent food but didn’t get it or good service.

Absolutely loved our experience at Puerto Vallarta Jalisco in Cedar City! This place is definitely our new favorite spot for Mexican food in town. I ordered the quesabirria plato, which was packed with flavor and super satisfying. My wife had the quesa tacos and she couldn’t stop raving about how good they were. Our kids went with the kids burrito and kids taco, and both dishes were a hit, no complaints from the little ones, which is always a win! We started off with chips and salsa, and they brought out two kinds: a spicy green salsa and a milder red one. Both were fresh and delicious, and the chips were perfectly crispy. One thing that really stood out was the horchata, it was honestly the best we’ve had in a long time. Creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and super refreshing.

Authentic mexican food, quantity and quality. The service is always very friendly. A must stop if you are in Cedar city.
