Pueblo Viejo # 2

Incredible food! Ordered a variety of things and was surprised to find that every item we ordered tasted amazing. The service is a bit slow, but we didn't really mind since we weren't really in a rush, and the servers were fairly courteous. I was a big fan of their papusas and enchiladas. We were a little disappointed that both times we went on Sunday, but the "Sunday only" soups were both sold out before we arrived for dinner. After dinner, we were passing through the front bakery area and considering getting a slice of tres leches. The person at the cashier overheard us and offered us a slice for free! After splitting the slice, it was so good that some of us even purchased slices to take home. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for their amazing food and cozy vibe.

I REALLY enjoyed it here. There was a really homey vibe that felt really nice. It felt like we were in someone’s home just having dinner together with others. The menu was expansive and definitely had a meat heavy focus but there’s plenty for pescatarians and vegetarians alike. The food was very filling and hearty. My favourite part of the meal was the pupusas, they were SO cheesy. It was so cheesy it almost reminded me of pizza in the best way possible. All of it was really good except the service. The service was weird because we saw one server who was checking in on tables often but then ours just disappeared at random times and she gave my fiancé the wrong drink. I felt bad as the server seemed overwhelmed/ stressed.

Gotta say place was packed! Is a good feeling to see all the hungry people waiting for food! Waited 30m for my Beefs Ribs. It was seasoned to perfection! My cut was very chewy. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Fire food and the pupusas were delicious— and I’m not even a pupusas type of guy. Amazing service

Food was very delicious, our waitress was very lovely and attentive, great music and decoration. Definitely would recommend.
