Publix Super Market at Bradley Park Square

This Publix is clean, busy (in a good way), and the customer service is top-tier—everyone is friendly, helpful, and actually seems happy to be there. The store is well stocked and organized, even with all the foot traffic. Full disclosure: I usually shop at the Publix on Schomburg, so walking into this one felt a little like cheating on my neighborhood grocery store 😅 But honestly… no regrets. This location definitely holds its own. If you’re in the Bradley Park area and need a solid grocery run with great service, this Publix won me over—don’t tell Schomburg though. 🛒💚

Very nice store. You are certainly paying a premium here for meats. Sandwiches are fairly prices and best quality of all sandwich shops.

This is my favorite grocery store. I have the Publix App & look at the ads each week. They have started posting a ‘sneak peak’ of the next week’s ads by Monday night. I just love the Buy 1 Get 1 free things. (You can purchase 1 at half price.) Select what you want & then look at your list in the store. It tells you what you picked on each aisle. The customers service is excellent. If you need help finding anything or if there is none of the item you want on the shelf they check the back & most times come out with more. They help unload the heavy things in my cart & take groceries to your car. They remember you after a while. When I check out, one of my regular associates usually sees me & volunteers to take my groceries out. Makes me feel special, 💕. I eat at Jack’s on Vets & g

The entire store is great with the sweetest workers. I enjoy the produce department with their fresh colorful fruit and vegetables. Thank you to Ben and Danny, and many others who always have a smile for their customers and are so accommodating.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Publix deli with an employee named Serenity. I politely asked for sandwiches (a standard deli request) and was met with an attitude that was rude and unprofessional. The interaction was embarrassing for a company that usually prides itself on customer service. I’m not asking for anything special—just basic courtesy and professionalism. Management (Jesse) should address this.
