Waste management is a difficult job. The city of Gallatin has a good team and I have received regular pickup for 7 years. They do have rules and some drivers are absolute about those rules. I assume that's why there a couple of low scores. Personally, I've watched my neighbors violate these simple instructions and have their bins picked up or left, but a letter was always left explaining the problem. If you have large items, you have call for pickup. My 4 stars are for this rule... I've met the truck grabbing furniture from a few house down and asked if he would take my old grill that I was rolling out. He refused because I didn't call. Rules.

Horrible trash service.. they never pick up my trash, and every week I call it's a new reason or set of rules I was unaware of. They didn't pick up my trash bc it was too far away from the curb (my trash can never moves) Trash was too full? However everything was still in the trash can. Too close to a vehicle. Honestly, the laziest trash service I've ever had.. They claimed they had pictures of all these incidents, yet, I've never seen these "pictures" not worth it, because you'll be disposing your own trash anyway.

Horrible trash service for who ever does my route does not want to do their job they skip me all the time I purchased a second trashcan and they keep leaving one Un dumped this is the second time they have done this and lord forbid if your lid is not flat they will not dump out the trash

Moved to a new place, they didn’t pick my trash up the first 2 weeks. Then when I called to have them come do it they said I’m out of curtsy pickups….. but they just straight up didn’t pick my stuff up. I hate this place.

They tour off my trash can lid and now they are tell me that we have to pay for another top.my camera catch it and they are trying to say my top was your up and it wasn’t your up at all.They throw your trash can up and shake it to death then throw it down off the machine.That bad service for our community not only that they also leave other resident trash on the ground and drive off and go to the next house.
