Definitely here! Facing the state courthouse building.
There was no access to the restrooms and it smelled pretty bad
Two stars, one for being free, one for being an available public convenience. Minus points for the human excrement on the steps leading into the facility, the overwhelming stench, and the copious fluid on the floor (may or may not be of human origin)
This is a sick place to eat, free liquid on the floor so easy to drink!! Locks don't work so no privacy!! Epic right!? This is a good place to sleep as well with comfortable urine filled floor. Please come here.
