The number is 230. 220 might be the police station and if you want to pee at 220, do it at your own risk. 230 bathroom was clean and wheelchair accessible.
Clean restrooms, water refill station is to the left of the front entrance (next to the wheelchair ramp). There's also a dog water bowl. Warning - don't try to use the plug inside unless you want to see sparks!! Appears rusted due to the beach environment.
Not sure if it’s a different refill station, but if not, it’s a little ways away from the other photos seemingly.
