Open 8AM to 4PM behind the memorial, good clean bathroom
It isn't obvious, but there is a public restroom on the back side of the war memorial down in the parking area. It is clean and well-maintained. Not sure what hours it is open.
Very clean for a public bathroom. Stocked with toilet paper, soap and even has hot water
