PT Noodles - Goodyear

Shoutout to a fellow Yelper for putting PT Noodles on my radar because this was such a fun switch-up from my usual order. First of all… a pho burrito? Obviously I had to try it. It’s exactly what it sounds like — all the cozy pho ingredients wrapped up in a tortilla and served with a side of pho broth for dipping. Vietnamese + Mexican fusion and somehow it just works. The broth was flavorful, the fillings were hearty, and the whole thing totally hit the spot. It’s messy in the best way and I loved every second of it. They’ve got a solid menu with plenty of veggie options, which I always appreciate. Seating was quick, service was smooth, and pricing was actually really reasonable for the portion size. Casual, easy, quick and kind service, soooo yummy, generous portions for phö with lots of steak (I always order mine on the side so it doesn't cook too fast and it was a PILE of steak compared to other places). 6yo loved it too!! We order with skinny egg noodles. Best broth I've had in the valley. And we feel GOOD after it, like it was real and not salty concentrate. Sides were generous and fresh. I'm in love!!

This was an unexpected little treat. The atmosphere was fairly quiet and two people will find that it’s easier to be able to converse with each other easily. Seating is limited which adds to this quaint atmosphere. They have some outside as well which I do offer. I have to say I was underwhelmed a bit with the PHO. The soup base that I was expecting was a typical beef bone broth but instead it seemed to be chicken based with an underlying seafood taste don’t get me wrong. It was good, but I was expecting rice noodles, not vermicelli. That is only my opinion yours could be totally different which is great as well. It was our first time here, and we arrived getting the last table available at the time. It was busy even at 3 pm. The place is small, but still spacious. Service is friendly and helpful. The portions are generous, and reasonable priced. They do offer a little different menu than the standard pho places. All in all, very good.

I've tried many different pho's across the valley and I always come back to this one. My go-to order is tofu Spring rolls and their steak pho. It's delicious and never disappoints. As long as nothing changes, I'll be coming back for a long time.
