We visited this shop today to get an estimate for programs for our mother’s service. The man there wouldn’t even greet us! He looked at my sister and me as if we disgusted him not a smile on his face! We explained what we wanted and how we wanted and asked for an estimated cost. He would not give it to us. Wanted us to tell him the number of programs to be printed first. We wanted an estimate per program but he insisted on the total programs to be printed! He was very rude and not welcoming at all! We walked right out! It wasn’t like we didn’t have the money, I guess he didn’t want our money! He needs customer service training bad! If he’s the owner with that attitude he won’t be around much longer!

I went to make 30 t- shirts for my daughter’s 1st birthday at project printing & graphics on Lanham Severn Rd. When I went I explain what I wanted to be on the shirts very specifically. And when I went to go pick up the shirts they all had the wrong design on them. I talk to the Man about my issue that I was having with the shirts. And he caught a attitude and was trying to tell me that the design on the shirt is what I told him to do but like I said in the beginning I specifically told him what I wanted the shirt to say and what I didn’t wanted to say at all so he said the store was closing and I left and he called me the next day and told me to come to the store so we can fix the problem with the shirts I went he said that he will order some more shirts and he would have them ready by

A small business that is simply a one-stop shop for everything. I was able to print, fax, notarize, got my passport picture, and also sent money to my family. Yes, all in one shop. Thank you guys for such convenience and making my life easier
