Project Pizza Has Great New Owners and Amazing Food You can tell right away that Project Pizza has a new owner who really cares about the place. The restaurant feels clean and friendly as soon as you walk in. This care shows in the food, and everything we ate was delicious. The pizza crust was perfect-both crispy and soft. We tried a slice of the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and all the flavors worked great together. The Shrimp Alfredo was delicious with a creamy Alfredo sauce. We also ordered a steak and cheese grinder. It was loaded with tender steak and lots of melted cheese on a fresh roll. The owner works hard to make sure all his customers are happy, which makes the experience even better. A quick pull off from the highway on my way from Providence to NY. I had the tomato and broccoli white pizza, which had a nice crispy crust, but the crust was flavorless, and the was the pie. Needed a little garlic. The square cheese pizza was definitely the better of the two. Again. Crispy bland crust, but the sauce was solid, and it had herbs sprinkled on top to add to the flavor. I'd give the place a 5/10 on the pizza review itself.

Swang by project pizza onna whim needing a quick bite. Snagged a slice of cheese n gave it the dave portnoy one bite review. This pie is really good, a quality dough that has a good crisp and a nice lightness to it paired with a rich cheese and a fair sauce round out a pretty solid offering for the areas pizza aficionados. My only ding would be the sauce, if your going to go all out in all the other areas why not go fresh tomato or high quality imports rather than a inferior can. A lil sweetness n a fresher feeling sauce is the only thing missing. Will return
