Great experience working with Tye / Prohart team. I had an emergency that caused my old oven to die and needed a new oven immediately - he called me within minutes of submitting a form and came out to my bakery the next day to take a look. Long story short...I decided to open my own restaurant in NJ. Im not new to the business but fell short on purchasing the right equipment. My original equipment failed on me, the fridge and oven to be specific. My mistake was trying to save a buck and buying a brand Ive never heard of. So I contacted ProHart and I spoke to Tye. I Kept giving Precision in RI a shot because it was cheap. But nothing ever lasted more than a few months. I was comfortable buying from these Boston guys who sold names I actually knew. Install and delivery was smooth. 10 stars!!
