Pro Grill Cleaning

Darren from Pro Grill Cleaning did an outstanding job deep cleaning an extra large grill that was heavily used and never properly cleaned. He was friendly, thorough, took all of the trash the cleaning created and left with my grill looking brand new. Five stars & highly recommend!!

I called them to either repair or change a Kenmore grill to natural gas. The woman i talked to said they could change it to gas and the kit was $300. However, she n ended to check with a tech and would call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK.

I recently hired your company to repair my grill, taking advantage of your promotional offer. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service I received. Despite paying for what I expected to be a thorough repair, I believe the job was done half-heartedly. Additionally, I was told that because it was a $29 service, the inspection wasn’t thorough. I find this explanation unacceptable, as customers deserve quality service regardless of the price your advertising. Deceptive business practice in my opinion. This process was quite frustrating and did not meet my expectations for service. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your service quality in the future. I had Progrill come out and clean my bbq for the 1st time in 6 years. It was bad. Brent the tech that came out was great! Kept everything surrounding my bbq super clean. Worth every dollar! I would highly recommend and use this co. Again! Thank you

My grill was covered with grease and the burners seemed to be clogged. Their technician spent 4 hours on it and it essentially looks like it just came out of the box. I would enthusiastically recommend Pro Grill!
