I recently had an issue with a grinder I purchased from Pro Coffee Gear, and the way it was handled completely exceeded my expectations. William was outstanding throughout the entire process. His communication was prompt, professional, and focused on resolving the issue quickly. There was no runaround, no excuses, they simply stood behind the product and replaced the unit. That level of customer service builds real trust. It’s clear this company values its customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. I own a mobile espresso bar business and I’ve been getting most of my equipment from Pro Coffee Gear for multiple reasons. When I upgraded to a two group head espresso machine, they had the brand I was looking for (a Kees Van Der Westen). I worked with Madison throughout that process and she was amazing. I just recently purchased a PUQ Press to streamline our work flow. I returned it as soon as I got it because I realized right after I ordered it there’s a version that can go directly under the grinder. Since bar space is limited for us, this was the better version for our setup. I worked with Christine this time for this return and she was so incredibly helpful and proactive throughout the entire process! I can’t say enough about Pro Coffee Gear’s incredible customer service! 5 stars!!!
