Prism Roastery

Prism is one of my very favorite spots here in Daytona Beach. The coffee is always 10/10 and you can taste the care that is put into the craft, from the housemade syrups to the coffee being dialed in perfectly. The Foundry and Prism have managed to create a modern atmosphere that’s warm and inviting. And don’t get me started about Nolan! You’ll come for the coffee and stay for the exceptional company. Don’t be intimidated by the coworking aspect, you’re welcome to come in and chat and grab a coffee even if you’re not a member of the Foundry. It does seem like a quiet and cozy place to work if you do want to become a member. Overall it’s a must to try.

This place is a must visit. I went to the Foundry Co-work space to work out of while in the Daytona area and found Prism Roastery. Nolan - the owner is not only incredibly friendly and kind but he is also very skilled at making amazing coffee beverages. I had and highly recommend a Vanilla Latte - it’s the best coffee drink I’ve had (ever) because it was the perfect temperature, with a silky consistency and a bright vanilla bean flavor. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stop here instead of Starbucks - I doubt you’ll ever go back.

After many recommendations from my coworkers, I finally went today and I wish I went a LOT sooner! Best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I got a cinnamon graham oat milk latte and it’s amazing! Just enough sweetness to bring out the flavors but not so much that it drowns out the espresso’s flavor, not too hot and the texture was so smooth! Also, Nolan is really welcoming and nice! 15/10!! Can’t wait to go again!

What a nice place to find in Daytona. I’m always looking for a new coffee place to try and this was a great find! The high reviews are well deserved—great coffee and such a nice study/work space. Looking forward to many more visits:)

Prism is the hands down the best coffee and atmosphere in Daytona Beach! Highly recommend stopping by and getting the best cup of coffee you've ever had.
