Prinkipia Coffee & Tea Room

Recharged my batteries and ordered the Mexican Mocha Frapp at the Monetbello Shops. Tastes delicious and chilled boba-mocha flavor drizzled with chocolate syrup and whip cream!

For many years, I had been passing by this place at the mall, and somehow always found myself on a diet or something. I never remembered Montebello Town Center offering such a fancy drink place! Well, finally yesterday was the day to buy their Fruity Pebbles milkshake! It tasted very sweet, too much even for me, but hit the spot for dessert. I paired it with a Wetzel's Pretzel; they're located pretty much right next to this business. I would only come back to try something else, and if I were in the area!

I love this place. I’ve had the teas and coffees and everything is delicious. It can sometimes get pretty busy but the wait is so worth it. The employees are always friendly. If you haven’t tried totally suggest you do.

A must for tea's and ☕ lovers! Espresso's, fruit juices, fusion teas, ice cream, shakes and smoothies! Plus edibles and a dessert bar! Tasty and thirst quenching! Perfect for a day of shopping!
