Prince Memorial Library

Lots of tables and nooks and crannies to work on/in. There's also a couple chess boards & pieces. Great library!

Quite a nice little library, with helpful staff and access through inter-library loan to any books the library doesn't have. They also have day passes for local museums and the state park system! Plenty of offerings in person and online geared toward kids, teens, seniors, etc. Lots of group activities for all ages from Pokemon and chess to mahjong and puzzles, and even some outdoor activities. The grounds are impeccably maintained by a volunteer group. EDIT: the library is now part of a statewide borrowing consortium

I love this library. It’s quiet, they have big tables, and you can have a snack or drink. They also have a Keurig coffee maker for those of us who occasionally need a caffeine hit. The staff are also totally cool. What’s not to love?

Great local library with a caring staff. It has a large section for kids and plenty of space for play.

Not connected to the Maine library system is a big problem because this library doesn't have the greatest selection. Won't borrow audio books from other libraries because " it cost too much money to replace if lost" isn't that my responsibility as a borrower? Does have a live lizard +1 star.
