Wow….This place checks off (almost!) every box. Once you walk in you’re greeted by wonderful staff full of life, but even then- the first thing you’ll notice is the cleanliness! The place shines, squeaky clean, full of fresh air. The food reflects this, I just had to ask- and was informed that all the ingredients are freshly prepared and maintained which is the explanation for the higher price-my only demerit, however this is remedied in my opinion, by the quality of deals! They honor BOGO on Tuesdays and 75. Cent wings on Wednesday which is amazing nowadays. Definitely recommend, sure to bring the wife a pizza!

I wouldn’t order from here again spent $93 on 2 xl pizzas 15pc wing and a 2 liter on DoorDash after 3 hours I called to see what was going on with my food, although I had been told around 7pm my food had been taken by a previous driver and would have to be remade, once I talked to the store apparently that was not the case. The employee said “as a small business they couldn’t afford to take the hit.” This business never reached out to tell me my order would not be remade nor did they cancel it on their end for me to recieve my money back. It was not until I made it clear to make a tiktok about this business that I was told my refund would be processed….. I got my money back the next day and my family didn’t eat until 11pm when I ordered pizza for $100 at 6:18pm…. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE -5

Good tasting pizza. I had the vegginato. Hard to find a gluten free crust anywhere that isn’t tough. Regular crust is good. Will try more varieties of pizza soon. Large menu with some unique Cleveland inspired names.

I ORDERED THE EXTRA LARGE PAN PIZZA WITH PEPPERONI, ITALIAN SAUSAGE, BLACK OLIVES, MUSHROOMS, PEPPER RINGS, PRIMO CHEESE, AND GARLIC SAUCE. THERE WAS LITTLE OR NO GARLIC SAUCE, OF THE TOPPINGS O RDERED IT WAS SCANT. VERY LITTLE OF ANY TOPPING. I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE PIZZA COST AN EXHORBITANT $39. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER PIZZA AT DOMINOS OR PAPA JOHNS FOR LESS THAN HALF THE COST. I WILL NEVER SHOP PRIMOZ AGAIN.
