A relatively good experience. The sandwich was good. The only major problem was that it wasn't what I had ordered, unfortunately. The ingredients on my order weren't what was in the sandwich... 50% was wrong... Luckily, I'm open to different tastes, but I think it's a shame to make such a mistake. It's a pity because the taste was very good and the ingredients seemed fine!

This place was fine for take out. Service meh. Stopped for a hoagie and although there were eight (8, yes 8) people behind the counter it seemed to be a bit chaotic. It took 15-20 minutes for a small even though I was the only person there at the time. Way too much socialization and staff not seeming to know what they were supposed to be doing. Staff coming and going from back room and between "stations." Also saw someone do trash with same gloves made sandwiches with. Hopefully put new gloves on when came back... My hoagie was tasty but pretty skimpy on meat.

Tried the Audie for the first time. It was really good, I was skeptical about the roast beef but it added a depth to the sandwich that turkey alone wouldn’t have created. It’s now my new favorite sandwich from Primos. I also ordered from the app on the phone, it was seamless and I was able to walk in to pickup my hoagie even thought it was really busy.

The staff here are always very polite. Im a delivery driver and they always have the order ready when I show up. In the few times it isnt ready they get right on it. I dont know about the food but the staff are fantastic people.

Love the hoagie brought the biggest size feed three people for 30$. there a small hoagie for 10$ very delicious and people there are very friendly. Didn’t waited long for my order.
