Primo’s cheesesteak was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to try it for the first time and grab a carry out. Safe to say I will not be coming back here. For $20 I received my cheesesteak halfway burnt and hard as a rock. The other half edible. Ive attached pictures. Breaking the bread sounded like cracking a bag of chips. Not only was the food awful the workers didnt even put my chips in the bag. Normally I wouldnt care about any of this, especially not a bag of chips. I tend to go about my day and not come back. But this was early on a Tuesday evening at 6PM, there was not a soul in the restaurant besides 3 workers. This was our first time to Primo Hoagies. The menu was vast and impressive. We got 2 different subs and brought them home. Both were delicious! Equally important to me - the customer service was outstanding! Everyone was friendly and inviting, helpful for our first visit, appreciative for our business. We will be back! (Not tomorrow because we have leftovers!!) Thank you to this great team!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches online and only 1 showed up (incorrectly made). Called the store and was told it’s Grubhub’s problem not theirs. Shame cause the bread was pretty good.

First, I told the order taker no less than 3 times that I wanted a seedless roll for one sandwich. I still got a seeded roll. Second, how gross! The order taker was a big sweaty dude with no hat or hair net. To my dismay, that person also made my 3 sandwiches. I couldn’t eat mine. I will not be back!

Called before placing a Doordash order to add another cheese to my sandwich for an upcharge. The DD page won't allow changes or special requests per the vendor. I asked if I chose something of similar value, could they simply add the extra cheese? NOPE. Impossible. "If it doesnt SAY mozzarella, we won't add mozzarella" They instructed me to go to the Primo website to order from there instead, but somehow I'm out of their delivery range, (yet DoorDash is in range, which they use to deliver??) So I cannot order from their web page. They couldn't find ANY POSSIBLE WAY to add one extra cheese to my sandwhich, for more money.
