10-23-23 UPDATE 2: STILL NOTHING FROM MANAGEMENT. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. UPDATE: FORM WAS FILLED OUT DAYS AGO. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM OWNER, NO CALL OR EMAIL. We ordered from here for catering. We got the super-duper tray. They gave it to us in 3 trays because they ran out of big platters and never told us. The sandwich was cut into small strips, the size of a finger, attached a photo. NO WAY DID IT FEED 25 PEOPLE. WE HAD 20 GUESTS. They combined the vegtable sandwich with meat so our vegetarian guests were unable to eat it because the meat was on the veggie portions. Spoke with the manager, who didn't care at ALL. literally said "there's nothing I can do, what am I suppose to do". Great managerial skills. We’ve been here a few times since it opened and we moved up here. We came from an area with its own Primo that we used to frequent. This place is just as good if not better than our old Primo. Ingredients are fresh and service is prompt. If I was going to complain at all it’s the prices are on the higher end (what isn’t these days) and there is no tap for drinks it’s all bottles. But they are not deal breakers by any means. We will return.

The single girl who works there is the best sandwich maker of all time ..she always gets my vegetarian sandwich right all the time

Love their sandwiches but the customer service is embarrassing. Orders are never ready when you get there, the people behind the counter are wearing huge headphones and just stare at you when you walk in.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. almost 30$ for 2 sandwiches and soda, not even the big size subs. the guy at the register didn’t even greet us when we came in, not to mention he looked like he just rolled out of bed and i was so grossed out that he was making sandwiches like this after we had ordered. not in any sort of uniform, hair a mess… girls are standing around on their phones like there’s nothing to be done meanwhile there’s crumbs and food all over the floor and tables. fast forward we get our sandwiches, mine was made incorrectly and both promo size subs weren’t even cut in half, extremely lazy. we had to rip it in half to eat it. the kid from the register then sits down behind us and starts eating a sandwich he just made, obviously made correctly for himself. so unpro
