The service was phenomenal. This is authentic food from Philadelphia. You can tell by the bread. They also have local potato chips from Philly. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it didn’t disappoint. Good service,food, and definitely taste of Brotherly Love.

There is a certain feeling you get when you bite into an Italian made perfectly. For me it is a high, euphoria. Since I moved to the Charlotte area I forgot how that felt. Then, one of my old favorites opened near the outlets. I was skeptical tbh, how could they duplicate that feeling only back home could give me. So I tried it, and quickly remembered, Primos has one of the best sandwiches, no matter where it is located. Well done folks! Thanks for waking up my taste buds.

Awesome! I couldn’t be happier about this opening. We frequently eat at Primos when visiting family in Exton PA. Josh was awesome today when I called to ask if we could get fresh baked rolls to use for our cheesesteaks at home because their bread is really great. Crispy on the outside and flaky fluff on the inside. He said absolutely and pointed out its baked fresh every two hours. Got there for the 5pm bread and brought home 6 22” seeded rolls and 4 9” plain rolls. Fresh out of the oven and home for fresh cheesesteaks on the Blackstone. Extra rolls to the freezer for later use. Thanks Primos. See yous soon

What a great addition to the neighborhood. Service was great and we took advantage of the $10 primo size offer for opening weekend. It was busy so we had a small wait but the team was hustling and the manager/owner/person in charge checked on us and our order then hand delivered it apologetic over the wait. Great experience for us!

Go Birds! Thanks for bringing Primo to Charlotte. Today was awesome with so many Eagles fans. Showing this area what a real hogie is is going to create the need for a few more of these in the area. Looking forward to having many hogies from here in the years to come.
