I love this place for a good hoagie! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is always a tasty treat when we're out and about. They also have a nice selection of non-chips to side with your hoagie...yum!

I don't live in PA any longer, but since I've been back and from the moment I started going to Primo's it has become the ONLY place I get my hoagies from. It's small and it's tucked into the shopping center, but it is hands down one of my favorite little shops in the area. Italian bread is Italian bread, but I sweat it tastes better here. These are hands down the best subs/hoagies you will get in the area. They are also instagram worthy. The attention to detail here is very high. The people who work here take pride in what they do and you can tell wirh the level of respect, sincerity and genuine commentary for the customer. There was a small mistake on my order, and the associate I met, Shaun was immediately on it making me a new hoagie. This was shortly after a rude customer had just left

I am a frequent customer but had a bad experience this time. We bought 2 hoagies and potato salad. When we got home to eat I tasted the potato salad and immediately gagged as it was spoiled. The date we purchased was 12/11 the package had a pack date of 12/5 , which means the salad was only good until tomorrow 12/12 yet it had a use by date of 12/17. I called spoke to Ashley who insisted it was good until the use by date. As per the food code salads like potato salad can only be kept for 7 days. I called not to argue but to make them aware and check the product in the cooler before someone gets sick. Sounds like the staff needs training in Food Safety as they don’t know the proper food safety rules and regulations.

Primo has one of the best authentic Italian subs around,great sub roll!They could work on their prices,a bit steep,for being a chain sub shop.

I went today for the first time and the food is absolutely amazing! The cheese on my hoagie was outstanding, and the service was great!!
