Prime Time Restaurant

I found a piece of plastic wrap inside my salad during my visit. I immediately brought it to the attention of both the waitress and the manager. My card was charged in full first, then later refunded only to take $1 off the bill. As part of the “resolution,” they also offered to give my baby nephew an ice cream, as if that somehow made finding plastic in food acceptable. This is a serious food safety issue, not a small mistake. The response from management showed a complete lack of accountability and concern. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters—and this was handled extremely poorly. I will not be returning.

Awesome restaurant, high quality food, great customer service, ambience very nice with a lot of tv with sports. Definitely recommend, I will definitely come back

Primetime Bar & Grill delivers exactly what you want from a neighborhood spot, great food, trendy drinks, and zero nonsense. The menu hits hard with consistently ginormous portions, and everything comes out hot and fresh. The Greek style wings cooked to perfection, skirts steak sandwich with grilled jalapeño onions and mushrooms was yummy, the Greek style thick cut pork chops were also delicious, a very good restaurant in hickory hills Illinois our server Paige was very attentive and cheerful 😁

Veggies with dinner could have been hotter (Luke warm/cold) baked potato was over cooked. Things that were good: fresh bread, whipped butter, steaks, macaroni au gratin, barbacoa rice bowl, orange rough, stuffed Mexican burger. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They add gratuity for bills over 150. Waitress did tell us when handing us our check.
