Prime on Whitfield

Started with bang bang shrimp which was good & the lollipops that had decent flavor but the chicken was kind of dry & rough. Entrees were Chilean sea bass that initially had a nice presentation but texture & flavor of fish wasn’t great, & king crab fried rice was mushy & bland, dish not worth $54 price tag. We also had steaks, NY Strip & filet, both were solid but I can live without the Chipotle fast food side sauce. Sides were mashed potatoes 1 of which had foul taste the other was ok. Also paired filet with Oscar, king crab, jumbo asparagus, bearnaise sauce which was fine. Desserts were excellent, lava cake & strawberry shortcake. I may consider returning on a nice day to sit outside because inside is kind of loud, & I would probably try brunch or a burger. Price tag doesn’t match the qu

Overall 10/10! Excellent service & staff and delicious food! The steak was cooked to perfection and so flavorful! Will most definitely be back!

Super fancy restaurant. All my food was delicious! The tab was $240. Definitely a place to impress someone. The steak was great. Everything was phenomenal.

We wanted a 630 or 700p dinner reservation on a weeknight and were told the best they could do was 545p so we made it work. There were only 3 other tables max at the same time as us, and wait staff hanging around, so this was a surprise. But the worst part was that the food was really bad. I absolutely love salt, but even for me, the scallops were so over salted they were inedible. The ahi tacos, by contrast, had ZERO seasoning and the "creme" component was literally a swipe of raw wasabi paste on the taco shell. I love Japanese cuisine. This was awful, inedible. The kale salad was good but extremely overpriced. The fries were excellent, and maybe if I only went to the bar for a drink and snack it would have been an ok experience...but restaurant was disappointing to say the least..

The dessert was the worse dessert I ever had. The cake was the size of a large Jaw breaker it was shaped into a small pig about the size of a small Italian plum. It is called the Prime Pig. It's a tiny piece of cake surrounded by a disgusting pink extremely thick icing that is shaped into a tiny pig. The inside is probably two tiny bites of what is called cake that was extremely hard and stale and dry. The description said it had sea salt carmel, crispy wafers, Vanila gelato and Belgian chocolate drizzle! I don't know where any of that was. Like I said it was horrible. Our appetizers were not the best either. They are called Surf n Turf Pot stickers. It was a tiny piece of wagyu steak and lobster with an outside crispy batter.
