Fast and easy to order as an introvert who doesn't like phone calls. I texted them and I think they got back to me under 30 minutes with quick replies back to my questions. It is cheaper than the place I usually order from and way cheaper than in store so I quickly placed an order on Sunday and got it Thursday (4 days of waiting). I loved how caring Norris was with ending the text and writing a thank you note on the invoice by wishing me a great day and to stay healthy :)
