Lively! I am not from Birmingham but I am a coffee lover. From Orlando but, I wanted to see something new for a change from the normal city life. Noticed there were allot of coffee shops here than in any city I’ve been to which made it hard to decide on which one I liked to visit more but something about the atmosphere caught my attention. It was quite which made it easier to work. The environment even though it was quiet it felt inviting. The glass made allot of natural light come in and I loved being able to enjoy a good view while working. I definitely would come again even if it’s to relax. Unfortunate I’m not from here. Anyone who enjoys coffee I highly recommend to come here.
Very nice coffee shop. They roast their coffee in Montgomery. Friendly baristas and a cheery and bright atmosphere. I got the honey vanilla raspberry latte, it was good. Good milk texture, nice art and quality espresso. Located downtown.
Really nice cafe, the high ceiling and airy atmosphere is really relaxing. It's right smack in the middle of downtown BHM so that’s good too, a pity they close early, but that’s how BHM is. The espresso & cortado I got were served in actual glassware and came with fizzy water which makes you enjoy the taste more. They used the Red Tail beans and they tasted great.
Prevail made the best cappuccino i've had in a long time. I could hardly tell where the foam ended and the coffee began, it was so smooth and silk all around. No bitterness at all and you can tell the beans and milk are quality
There are several cities that come to my mind when I consider a quality cappuccino. This week I find myself exploring Birmingham Alabama, where I mapped my way to Prevail Union coffee. The atmosphere was a bit dry, but it was what one might expect for an office tower location. By contrast, I found the service to be warm and inviting. The cappuccino I found to be a pleasant surprise. The cliche terms would be bold and robust. I would define it as welcoming, and a great way to start our self guided civil rights walk. Just a touch on the dry side, the finish and flavor was on point. The vintage pink serving glass was a fine touch, and something I didn’t expect. Should you find yourself in Birmingham, I suggest you start your day with Prevail Union. Enjoy
