Pretzelmaker

My favorite pretzels in El Paso. Every time we were at the mall we stopped by. Great flavor, never burnt. Whether you get a full size pretzel or the pretzel bites, it always hit the spot.

I had an unfortunate event happen today while getting some pretzels here. I placed an order of regular size salted pretzel bites. I noticed the lady was wearing gloves when she took my order and accepted my cash in her hands with the gloves on still. I watched her then proceed to start making my pretzels without ever changing said gloves. I've worked in the food industry for 7 years so it has been ingrained in me proper handwashing AND changing of your gloves. She even touched the pretzel bites to push them down in the cup with those gloves. I did get very grossed out and had to ask her if she even changed her gloves after even touching the cash I gave her. She proceeded to lie to my face saying she never touched the cash. Didn’t get food from here because the girl that is currently working wasn’t attentive enough and instead of greeting, and stopping what she was doing in the back, I was left standing looking at the menu. This was at 12pm on Monday, June 30th I shouldn’t have to wait for you to approach me, especially in a hospitality job such as food. To add on, I don’t understand how your workers just have their AirPods in their ears while working. In an empty mall, with no customers, you should practically jump up the minute you see a customer. Stood like this the whole time.

Today I stopped to get my kids some bites and the service was horrible to begin with. I tried to get a drink and the ice had ants the manager said that it happens that she will call her boss to get pest control for the 5th time

I came here with my family and the server was more worried about being on the phone and not attending to us . She also had a bad attitude and forgot our smoothie . When we had to call her back to get the smoothie we had to yell for her to hear us because she went to the back to be on the phone again . Worse service ever .
