Pretty Patty

Delano has grown so much that I'm starting to not even recognize it anymore. But in a good way. This shop in that plaza has changed so many times but I'm pretty sure this one is going to stick around. Once walking in, everything appears to be decorated as an old burger/diner but more modern with the LED's. Ordered smash burgers for the whole family with waffle fries. It wasn't too busy so the wait was only about 5-7 minutes. The burger was so tender and flavorful. My gf just kept raving that "it just melts in your mouth" consistently. The buns were super soft but held the burger together. The waffle fries were fried perfectly and not oily either. My new favorite stop whenever I'm visiting town again. Great job Moe!

I’m gonna be honest. The cones that have chocolate chips, fruity pebbles, m&m’s, etc. Are disgusting. They tasted like they were there since they opened up. I couldn’t even finish the cone. Neither do they have ranch. Like come on, you own a burger place but you don’t have ranch. The smash burger was a little too too small for its price. It also fell apart while I was eating it. I didn’t really care though because it was juicy and had a good amount of pickles. It tasted like cardboard. The lighting was good. Was clean. They placed good music. My boyfriend said the Hot chicken burger was good because it was spicy. Didn’t really have salt though. The waffle fries were a bit stale. The restaurant itself was very clean. The color scheme is inviting. The young lady working the counter was friendly and polite. This was my first time eating here. They definitely know how to smash their beef patties. The burger itself has wonderful flavor and their choice of pickels makes the burger even better. But the fries are a big disappointment. They are served hot but they are so hard texture wise to eat. No wonder they serve you so many. I didn’t know French fries were suppose to be crunchy like thick potatoe chips until tonight. Now I am home and I have a really bad upset stomach. I feel the food just did not agree with me. I doubt I will ever go back again.

Went to get the #4 Spicy Sandwich and they served me a burnt sandwich. I get that accidents happen and maybe the sandwich got burned but the fact that they went out of their way to still serve me a burnt sandwich is crazy. Called to ask for a replacement at the very least and they said they couldn’t help me because it was one day ago mind you they were already closed when I tried to eat the sandwich. Expensive and terrible service.
