Prep & Plate is great for those with a busy schedule, or for someone retired, like me, who loves the convenience and the taste of a good quality meal! The price can’t be beat and there’s usually leftovers with three adults eating the 2-4 serving size meals. I highly recommend the variety of these tasty products! The owners appreciate feedback and recommendations as well!
I can’t say enough good things about Prep ane Plate. The meals are amazing, the portions are large with leftovers! It has truly transformed my daily routine and helped me finally achieve a real work-life balance. Coming home after a long day and knowing that dinner is already taken care of....Game-changer.
