I give them 5 stars! Every time I come here the food and the vibes are amazing. It’s a small vegan cafe. Family owned and you can taste the quality time and live they put into their food. I always get the chickpea dumpling soup which is so delicious; very flavorful! I also like their Alkaline BBQ Platter and smoothies. Anything on the menu is a hit honestly. Everything is always made fresh too. So that’s a bonus! They also have loose wildcrafted herbs and sea moss for purchase. Come check them out.
My first time there after passing by a few times. I had the Vegan BBQ Platter with the Burdock Tea and brownie. Delicious Food for the soul Plant Based Alkaline wonderful vibration and energy.
The Indigenous Quinoa isn't bad. It's nicely seasoned. This can be heated up and eaten warm (my personal preference). There was some unpleasant bits, such as chewy "stems". I pulled those out since it's probably a seasoning piece (like lemongrass and bay leaves).
Amazing! The food is full of flavor and the portions are very much fulfilling. The owner is very knowledgeable about herbs and very hospitable. We’ll be returning for carry out regularly. Loved loved loved the nachos and the power up burger on a wrap is also to die for.
This place felt so homey. It's family-run, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the food felt so nourishing. I had the tacos and they were satisfying but not all heavy. I also had some vegan blueberry cheesecake and it didn't make me miss dairy at all. I also loved that they had herbal drinks. I got the sorrel(🌺hibiscus)-ginger, it was tart and refreshing. I had to get the cucumber apple one for the road and it tasted so fresh too. Great place for fresh, whole food that feels like it's homemade with love!
