Power Plate Meals

Just tried my first Power Plate Meal today...and OMG!! Are you kidding?! The flavor is great. It was SO convenient. And with all the nutritional information, I know I'm making a healthy choice when I need a quick lunch during a busy workday. Power Plate Meals is a game changer. The staff was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Stacy, specifically, gave me such great recommendations the first time I stopped in. Thanks so much for having this offering in Sioux Falls!

These delicious meals are a game changer! My Mother is a charge nurse and struggles to find time for good, high quality, healthy meals. Struggle over! I struggled to make healthy meals after work because I was so tired. All I have to do is pop it in the microwave, a few minutes later I’m treated with restaurant quality goodness! I can’t thank you enough! Total game changer! The food is absolutely delicious!

I love everything about this place! Power Plate Meals has a great selection of quick meals that not only taste good, but they are high quality, healthy meals! I love that the macros are right on the packaging along with all of the ingredients! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable too! Upon walking in for the first time, my impressions were a clean, friendly atmosphere that were all about making things easier for the customer! You're in and out quickly and I've been back 3 times since!

Concerned about the plastic particles that may enter my system. The plastic cover is also awkward and messy to remove. Good food, well prepared and portioned. Hard to overlook the microplastic.

Very convenient if you have a busy schedule and want a variety of good clean and healthy meals. As a powerlifter with a construction job it helps a lot to have these meals that I can make up before work in the morning and they also taste very good!
