Potros Mexican Restaurant & Pizza

The food was pretty good. The menu kind of has it all. The chips aren’t great and they are fried in the grease with the shellfish so just be aware. I had an enchilada that was ok. I have enjoyed much more flavorful foods though. They use Nestea instant or something for their tea….not good place to get sweet tea, just get water. The bar is very pretty and the bathroom is super clean. Dining area could use some matching updates to complement the bar.

Expensive food! Meal for myself and my daughter came out to 30$! I asked for a kids meal pizza and fries, and asked if it came with Pepperoni's. It did not so they charged me an extra 2$. The food was decent, except I did ask for my meal to go, they did not include utensils or napkins in my togo order. I had to go back into the restaurant to get those items. The burrito I received was advertised as 12 inches, it wasn't 12 inches. All in all, I probably won't be coming back!

After a long trip up from Florida, we were starving and looking for something good to eat. I am so happy that we decided to stop at Potros. The food was amazing (birria tacos & enchiladas supreme) and there were many drink options at their fully stocked bar. Prices were reasonable and we left fully satisfied. The staff were very friendly as well (shout out to Iris and Carlos!). It was empty on a Monday night so they even gave us the remote to operate the TVs. Do yourself a favor and try this restaurant!

We came in on a Sunday afternoon with a family of 7, we were seated right away. The renovations look great. The inside looks vibrant and modern now. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely some of the best birria was have found in the region. We are happy to have them in the area. It was the first day for our waitress but you would have never known had she not told us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would both recommend and return.
