A nice library to hang out with so little things to do for the teens. Would suggest a bigger one considering all of Karens' homes in the area. At least have a place for the servants to hang out instead of walking into the rains. Have public transportation for thr help nearby. A true nerd place which I like.

Great library for families! There is a children’s area with some toys, great book selection for kids, coloring station, computers and scavenger hunt. Librarians were very helpful and seems like they have a lot of activities for young kids, looking forward to coming back again soon.

Looking for a nice, clean and quiet spot to get some work done? Well that's this Potomac Library! They have comfortable Study Rooms, a spacious layout, good lighting, great books, and a cool automatic, "hand-wave-motion" sensor to accommodate a TOUCH-LESS entry through the front door! Most of the staff are friendly - but if you really need help - ask for the Librarian, Mark. He is kind, hospitable, and patient - taking his time to explain things and answer any questions you might have. It's a cool spot.

If you are coming here to study, telework, or do research in a quiet environment, this is not the place for you. Note: I didn't say library, as libraries provide solitude. The children's section is not separated from the main area, so children scream and cry while on the premises. It's very disruptive. Conversations from visitors throughout the facility does not seem to be a problem for the staff since it appears to be allowed. There is no one telling them to refrain from open conversations.

I come to this library often and a lot of the librarians I really think are super nice and helpful. And then you have the librarians who are rude and condescending and talks about you right next to you. The library gets crowded a lot and whenever I am here to work with a client a lot of seats are taken or there is screaming children. I don’t know why this particular library is so loud and it feels like a daycare at times with children and their nannies. Other libraries in Rockville and Gaithersburg don’t have this level of chaos. There’s also so many more librarians in this library than libraries in Rockville and Gaithersburg even when it’s a lot smaller. What a waste of taxpayers’ money. We don’t need dozens of librarians unless it’s so crowded with librarians because everyone only wants
