RICKY!!! You are awesome man! My daughter and I go every two weeks to have our daddy daughter dates and Ricky is always super chill and attentive! Please give this youngster a raise and a promotion!!! Great attitude, down to earth and very humble! Not a lot of people like him are left in this world!!!!! Thanks for all you do Ricky!! ONE LOVE!!!!

They need to be more consistent. On Saturday around 4pm they got my order wrong and only filled my soup cup about 2/3 of the way up. I went again today and everything was fine. Maybe they are training new people, but it makes people hesitant to return.

Iv been going here for over 2 years, always had great service with the drive thru until today, the GM got very irritated after me asking couple questions u can tell she does not have good customer service and she told me to leave. I was confused about an offer on my app and she got red in the face and annoyed and told me to leave. I wasn’t even upset or yelling. But if that’s how the GM deal with a small issue like that, I can imagine other customers. Sheeshh, not going there again

My first time trying potbelly's. I was not disappointed. We used their drive thur Chase was so nice, helpful and answered all our questions. Chase was also took the time to tell us about potbelly and that the cookies are wonderful. I would come back.our order was correct and everything tasted great

I ordered a pizza sub and i get home and see its smothered in guac and lettuce i had to cut the parts that were covered in it. Its dissapointing and i shouldnt have to fix my own sandwich if i didnt order the crap that was on the sandwich in the first place im doing the job they failed to and its upseting to see
