Another chain restaurant in Utah located just off the freeway by the South Town Mall. Clean and well lit .. spacious and not overcrowded. Friendly employees. Fresh ingredients .. way fresher than Subway. Tasty sandwich with good proportions of meat, cheese and condiments. Hot, rich soup is delicious as well. A little too pricey for an every day meal.

Ordered through the app and received room temperature sandwiches missing multiple ingredients. A pizza sandwich with no meatballs (immediately noticed something was off, because the sandwich was paper thin), skimping on meats, and horribly put together. Absolutely horrible experience. Tried calling the store as instructed 6 times between Saturday and Monday and they NEVER answered the phone. My only options for a proper refund are to physically go to the store, or to dispute with my bank since I didn’t receive what I paid for. What an absolute joke. If they’re not double checking sandwiches to catch a really obvious mistake before they go out, I’d be horrified to see what else they’re overlooking. I paid $17 for a steak sandwich and there was basically nothing on it. They forgot the cheese and put a few tiny pieces of steak on it. Ordered through a delivery app so I couldn’t ask for anything. Such a ripoff for a piece of bread. Also didn’t get any napkins.

Potbelly’s in Sandy is one of my go-to spots for a quick, satisfying meal. The food is always fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and the place has a clean, welcoming vibe. But the real star here is the Chicken Club. It’s seriously one of the best sandwiches around—perfectly toasted bread, juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh toppings. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it never disappoints. If you’re in the area and haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like I really had to in this case. I went in yesterday for dinner since it’s in the way home and the food was great, restaurant was super clean, everyone was very on top of cleaning their area, and staff was super friendly even when they were busy. The girl at the first station was very helpful and the two guys were also very patient and made really helpful suggestions. The guy with stickers on his face helped me sign up for perks and was very knowledgeable about how the app worked so I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend 😊
